Our regular monthly General Membership Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month, starting at 7:00 p.m., at:
         American Legion Hall, El Dorado Post 119
         4561 Greenstone Rd,  Placerville, California

Located about 2.5 miles west of the town of El Dorado between Mother Lode Drive and Highway 50, Exit 41.   See Map

General Meetings & Presentations:

Our next Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 21, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Jay Buscio will present, "Mineral Collecting in the California Mother Lode." He will bring some of his found specimens for us to see.
Visitors are always welcome!

Junior Member Meetings are usually held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month except during summer months, from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at the Senior Center, 937 Spring Street, Placerville.

 Lapidary Arts:

Lapidary Workshops are held on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th Wednesdays, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Senior Center, 937 Spring Street. A minumum number must be signed-up for each workshop.

 Jewelry Arts:

Jewelry Arts Classes are generally scheduled on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays, 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. at the Senior Center, 937 Spring Street. Sign up for most classes is required. To sign up for Classes, please contact Jewelry Arts Chairperson or sign up at the General Meetings.

ROCK & GEM SHOW
Rocks Gems MineralsOctober 19 & 20, 2019  
We look foreward to seeing you at our 2019 Rock, Gem & Mineral Show at the El Dorado County Fairgrounds, 100 Placerville Drive, Placerville, CA. 


COUNTY LIBRARY DISPLAY.
Our members will  provide a Rock and Mineral display at the Placerville Library during the month of August, 2019.  The library is located at 345 Fair Lane, Placerville

 EL DORADO COUNTY FAIR
We will host the Mining and Minerals Building at the El Dorado County Fair, June 13 - 16, 2019. This is a great time for the whole family to see over 30 Minerals Displays and get to know what our society is all about.
