Meetings:

Join us for our next general membership meeting  on Tuesday, June 19, 7:00 pm, at the Mother Lode Lion 's Hall, Diamond Springs.

Come and enjoy a presentation by George Wheeldon about the geology of California. Professor Wheeldon is well known for his  “Mining History of the Mother Lode” classes at Placerville’s Folsom Lake College.

Visitors are always welcome to attend our meetings.

We hold regular general membership meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of the month starting at 7:00 pm, at the MOTHER LODE LION'S HALL, 4701 Missouri Flat Road (corner of Pleasant Valley Rd/Highway 49), Diamond Springs. (map to hall).
 
In July we have a picnic at a special location, which is announced at that time. Our annual dinner and Installation of Officers is held in December at the Lion's Hall.
 
Committee and junior meetings, classes and workshops are held at Senior Center, 937 Spring Street, Placerville, as well as other locations. Members should check with committee chairs for details.

Lapidary & Jewelry Arts: Top of page
Regular Lapidary Workshops are usually held at the Senior Center, 6:30 - 9:00 PM, on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month and fifth Tuesday when they occur. Regular Lapidary Machine Work is open to everyone who has passed Lapidary Certification.

Sign up is required for most of our Jewelry Arts Classes so that adequate supplies and/or equipment can be made available.
